Pure Grace Spartan Group meets at Pure Grace Church from 5pm-6pm.  Patrick St. John leads this group in various workouts, he shows how to modify for low impact or high impact, and he encourages you along the way! Meeting at the church will allow for some shade during the workout as well as air conditioning if you need to cool off. Working out helps with anxiety and depression and makes you feel better all around.
